In our first ever online cooking class, you’ll learn the art of Italian cooking and interact with Chef Daniel in real time so you cook alongside him as he chops, seasons, sautés and plates this dish and ask questions. The class will feature a savory herbed carnaroli rice risotto with a delicious twist of end-of-summer flavors like lemon and lavender.
You’ll get his step-by-step recipe, a suggested wine pairing, a rich spice blend, and an intimate 90-minute live tutorial. Each session will have only 12 guests, so you’ll be able to meet your fellow attendees, and get some one-on-one instruction and feedback. And, as always, his dish is both vegan and gluten free.
The class will take place on September 18th and 19th, with two sessions available each evening for you to choose from, at 5:30 or 7 o’clock. If you’re local, you’ll have the option to get the ingredients delivered to your door! Learn more:
