Ingredients:
Chicken Marsala:
3lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
2 12oz packages of cremini mushrooms, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/4 cup Marsala wine
1 1/4 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp coarse Kosher salt
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
4 Tbsp olive oil, for frying chicken
Dried parsley or fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Lemon Parmesan Potatoes:
2 lb baby red potatoes, sliced into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 lemons, squeezed
3 tsp minced garlic
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, a sprinkling
Garnish top with some more grated Parmesan cheese, if desired
