Salsa Verde is a great addition to any grilled meat and/or vegetable. You cannot go wrong with this recipe, why? because all you need is your food processor and your ingredients.
It is that easy, try it out for yourself and see…
INGREDIENTS:
6 pcs gherkins
1 bunch parsley
1/4 bunch mint leaves
13g basil leaves
1 tbsp capers (plus its juice)
1 garlic clove
1 boiled egg
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
60ml white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp caster sugar
60ml olive oil (or as required)
1/2 tsp sea salt

PROCEDURE:
Roughly chop the herbs, boiled egg, garlic, gherkins and place all ingredients in a food processor/blender and blend until smooth.
PS: Add olive oil incase the mixture is too thick.
Serve with desired meat.
