What you’ll need:
One Chicken Breast
330mL of Whipping Cream
Salt
Pepper
A glass of Wine
Tips:
· You always want your pasta Aldente(11 minutes of boiling).
· Taste the sauce and add more salt until it’s just a little bit salty.
· You can also melt some butter in the sauce but it’s not necessary.
· Using red wine instead of white wine creates a very different unique flavor.
