We started at Fattoria le Caprine, a goat farm that makes cheese and other deliciousness from goat’s milk. After having lunch there with their own wine and an insanely beautiful view, the headed to learn more about honey at I Greppi Di Silli. His passion for honey and bees shines through!
We made a quick stop in Greve in Chianti. It’s a cute town with some important history, and Arianna is a master at telling the history! I just want to note, that we were on a mission to show you a bunch of incredible things you can do with KM Zero Tours. If you book with this, your days will be much slower and more relaxed! If you choose a day trip instead of a multi-day trip (like we did), you can choose what’s most important to you instead of squeezing 4 stops in.
Our final stop was at Terre del Colto where Tobias took us to his family after learning about his wine and olive oil. There, we watched the most incredible sunset I’ve ever seen while drink their own rose. His family are the kindest people and the food, including the authentic FLORENTINE STEAK, was incredible.
