Chicken Parmesan with creamy white wine Parmesan Sauce!! This was by far one of the best sauces I have ever made!
For the sauce:
1/2 stick of butter, 1/2 diced onion, 4 garlic cloves minced, three fresh tomatoes diced (or you can use caned tomatoes) flour, 1 cup of cream, 1 cup of white wine, (Pinot Grigio works well with this dish) parsley, basil, kosher salt, and black pepper. If you want a little kick add some crushed red pepper flakes
