This pasta puttanesca / spaghetti alla puttanesca was invented from Naples, Italy. It became famous not only because of its delicious taste but also because of its unusual name.
Puttanesca means “spaghetti in the style of a whore”.

Ingredients:
200 grams of pasta spaghetti
3-4 tablespoons of black and green olives
2 tablespoons of drained capers
5-10 pieces of anchovies
1 garlic clove
½-1 chilli
250g cherry tomatoes (or normal tomatoes)
3 tablespoons of plain tomato sauce
handful of parsley
salt and pepper
vegetable or olive oil
