Ballaro Market is Palermo’s oldest, biggest and most famous street food market, and in this video, I’m taking you through the market to show you the #1 MOST BIZARRE STREET FOOD in Palermo Sicily…a grilled INTESTINE sandwich, followed by a simmering LUNG, TRACHEA and SPLEEN sandwich!!! This was the most bizarre, but tasty, street food tour I’ve ever done! Aside from seeing me eat these popular street foods, you will see all kinds of colorful fruit and vegetable stands, as well as fresh fish, meats, cheese and other classic Sicilian street food items. If you can only choose one street food market to visit in Palermo, this is it!
