INGREDIENTS
2 Artichokes
1/2cup/50g bread crumbs
1tbsp garlic powder
1tbsp dry parsley
1/2cup/50g shredded parmesan cheese
1lemon
1cup/200ml white wine
PREPARATION
Mix together all the dry ingredients and leave aside. clean the artichoke, cut the bulb, and clean off the choke with a spoon. Stuff with the parmesan mixture making sure it goes in each layer. Place them into your baking pan, add the. wine, the remaining mixture on top, and the lemon juice. Close it with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 360F/180C. After 30 minutes take off the foil and bake for 20 more minutes.
