Longganisa (Filipino skinless sausage) has always been a breakfast staple in the Pinoy household. In my very first (eeeekkk!) Youtube video, I fuse my love of Italian food and Filipino flavors to bring you…chanannnn…Longganisa pasta! Tara, kain tayo!

Here’s the ingredient list so you can cook with me:

Olive oil
1/2 lb. sweet pork longganisa (and maybe add 2 sweet pork longganisa patties!)
1 package of fettuccine noodles
8 tablespoons of butter
2 roma tomatoes, chopped
1 bulb of garlic, minced
6 fresh basil leaves, chopped
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese (or more, I won’t judge your cheese obsession)
2 cans of media crema (a 7.6 fl. oz can + a 12.8 fl.oz can)
French bread
Spices to have on hand: pepper, salt, red chili flakes, cayenne pepper, parsley flakes
