Tomato and Bocconcini Salad β a fresh and colorful Caprese style salad of tomatoes with cherry bocconcini mozzarella balls, fresh basil.

INGREDIENTS you’ll need for the preparation:
– 2 Tomatoes
– 4 Bocconcini Balls
– Olive oil
– Basil Leaves
– Salt to taste
– Crushed Black pepper
– Pesto
– For Garnish: Finely chopped Basil leaves and Olive oil
* STEPS you will need to follow: –
1. Wash and cut the tomatoes in equal size roundels.
2. Cut the cheese balls in roundels.
3. Finely chop the basil leaves.
4. For Platting – Take a flat plate or use a mold to plate it perfectly.
5. Assemble tomatoes and cheese in a circular style.
6. Season the salad with salt to taste and crushed black pepper.
7. Drizzle some olive oil.
7. Add pesto and garnish the salad with some finely chopped basil and olive oil in last.
