The anniversary of my mother’s passing was just a couple weeks ago, it’s always a tough time of year for me and I decided to make this video a little tribute to my mother’s side of the family. I made up a batch of my great grandmother’s Italian meatball recipe with a little bit of a twist by smoking the meatballs on the Kamado Joe. The result is a meatball like you have never tasted! Delicious!
