It’s been a long time since my boyfriend and I have been able to go out to a nice dinner. I really wanted to do something special for him since he’s been working long hours and also working every weekend. So one day while he was at work, I made a last-minute decision to surprise him with a simple, vegan, Italian-themed dinner at home.
It was very fun (and stressful) trying to prep everything before he got home, but so worth it.
I threw all the pillows and blankets onto our futon and we just chilled and ate a yummy dinner.
