INGREDIENTS FOR ITALIAN RICE
* Boil rice : 4 cups
* Red,yellow,green pepper: sliced : 2 cups
* Onion slices : 1 big size
* Sweet corn : 1 cup
* Cabbage slices : 1 cup
* Tin mashroom slices : 1 cup
* Butter : 2 tbsp
* Chilli flakes : 1 tsp full
* Mix herbs or oregano : 1 tsp

INGREDIENTS FOR ITALIAN SAUCE
* Milk : 2 cups
* Pizza sauce : 4 tbsp
* cheese slices : 2-3
*cream cheese or process cheese : half cup
* All purpose flour : 2 tbsp
* Butter : 2 tbsp
* Chilli flakes: 1 tsp
* Black pepper : half tsp
* Mix herbs or oregano: 1 tsp
* Salt to taste
* cheese for garnish : optional

***METHOD ***
1. boil the soaked rice and keep aside

2. for prepare Italian sauce ,heat a pan and add butter in it on low flame add All purpose flour keep on mixing once you feel the smell of flour , add milk slowly n gradually while continue mixing just make sure there is no lumps in this mixture ,add pizza sauce, cream cheese or cheese slices and keep on stiring and then add Chilli flakes, black pepper, salt and mix herbs keep on cooking once you get little bit thick consistency of this mixture . it is done trun off flame and keep aside.

3.heat a pan add butter along with 1 tbsp oil and then add all the slice vegetables according to your choice and stir fry on high flame add seasoning mix it well ,then add boil rice and keep mixing on high flame for another 2-3 mins and this is done turn off the flame

4. pre heat to your oven . take a baking dish and spread prepared fried rice and on top spread all over prepared Italian sauce garnish with cheese and capsicum slices sprinkle some chilli flakes and bake it on 180 degree for 15-20 mins
