Hey foodie buddies, this recipe serves best for your pasta cravings. I have been making pasta for the past few years and i have had my bad experiences. But today, I have put together the perfect way to cook pasta. Here is my compilation of what i had learned over these few years.
Recipe for 3-4 people:
FOR PASTA:
Any shape of pasta (Fusilli or penne preferable)- 200 g
Water- 750ml
Salt- 1 heaped tbsp
Oil- 1 tbsp
FOR WHITE SAUCE:
Butter- 1&1/2 tbsp
Maida or All purpose flour- 1&1/2 tbsp
Milk- 250 ml
FOR RED SAUCE:
Tomatoes- 3 medium sized
Onions- 2 medium sized (finely chopped)
Garlic- 4 cloves (finely chopped)
Butter- 1&1/2 tbsp
Oil- 2 tbsp
Vegetables of Your choice- Diced
Tomato ketchup: 2 tbsp
Seasonings- As per taste
Salt- As required
Cheese (optional) – As required

NOTE:
1. The water to boil pasta must be HEAVILY SALTED.
2. STIR WELL while making the white sauce otherwise, the sauce will turn out really lumpy.
3. Pasta must be cooked only 80% after boiling.
4. DO NOT SAUTE the veggies more than 2-3 minutes, else they will loose the crunch.
