today i made a real traditional dishes from southern Italy! i had the bread made up a couple days ago, and i used it instead of the pasta, i made a soup using a can of brown lentil, 1 potatoes and some beans i had left overs from an early stream! i chopped the onion, added a tomato diced up, the potatoes and cooked it down until the onion were cookie down, them added the lentil and the beans, fried it all for a bit, them cover in water and let it boil for half an hour! when ready i poured the soup on top the diced up bread and eat it with some olive oil and parsley! — Watch live at
