This is a traditional Roman dish.
The ingredients for two are as follows:
Spaghetti/Bucatini (~200g, or what you prefer)
3 slices of thick cut bacon or pancetta
2 large egg yolks
Shredded Parmesan cheese (to taste)
Some black pepper (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Be careful not to burn your hand on the pot or the steam holding the pasta into the water. I would recommend not doing it the way that I did unless you have experience and use a spatula or some long utensil to safely push in the pasta without breaking it.
