This is a vegetarian (or vegan, quite easily) recipe.
Ingredients for two:
Rotini/Fusilli (~200 g, but however much you want, and any small pasta will do)
2 peppers (different colors for fun)
1/2 onion or a few green onions
Tomato sauce (just tomato)
Salt
Optional – Some shredded cheese if you like
