Since we can’t travel, I want to bring Italy home thru food and one of my favorite drinks is a Limoncello Spritzer I discovered in Cinque Terre. This drink is light and refreshing and too many will kick your hind-end.
Visiting in August, this limoncello spritzer was the the most refreshing drink after touring the 5 towns. As Monterosso al Mare, La Spezia, Italy as our home base, it allowed us to visit most of the area on our own time.
This drink brings Italy home to me- relaxing with new-found friends at Enoteca da Eliseo wine bar eating capers and reminiscing about our day’s excursions.
