Panna Cotta is a traditional Italian dessert which translates as ‘cooked cream’. It is a simple mixture of sweetened cream and gelatine/agar-agar. Milk is added to make the panna cotta lighter. Panna cotta is the easiest dessert to make and is an healthier option also.Β

Vanilla Panna Cotta:
200 ml cream
100 ml milk
40 gm sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
5 gm agar-agar soaked in cold water
1 cup melted butter
Orange Panna Cotta:
80 ml fresh orange juice
10 gm sugar
2 gm agar-agar soaked in cold water
