Ciao beautiful people, today I want to share my version of the most famout Italian dish called parmigiana di melanzane. it is an eggplant parmesan, what my fellow italian say ricetta parmigiana and melanzane alla parmigiana. Here in England we call it aubergine parmigiana, which it is a parmigiana (dish). Today I show you how to make parmigiana eggplant parmigiana, a very famous Italian recipe from Salento (South of Italy). There are plenty variations of eggplant parm , you can make eggplant parmesan vegan or vegetarian, based on your diet. There is an eggplant parmesan Gordon Ramsay made which was vegan. This is an italian food pasta and italian food recipes vegetarian. I added lasagna sheet, so I have showed you how to make eggplant parmesan lasagna.
Recipe:
-1 aubergine / eggplant
-3 eggs
-herbs, salt, black pepper to taste
-3 tablespoon plain flour
-sunflower oil to fry
-half cup of milk
-one can of chopped tomatoes
-a bag (250 grams/ 8.8 oz) of grated cheese
-chopped vegetables to fry
-lasagna sheets (optional)
