These delicious sausages are grilled to perfection and served on a sweet Hawaiian hot dog roll and topped with peppers and onions simmered in a rich white wine sauce.
They are also super flexible and can be cooked up in the oven or the stovetop.

Cold tap water
ยผ cups each mixed bell peppers (I used, red, green, orange & yellow).
1 cup yellow onion
1 ยฝ cups dry white wine
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning
ยฝ teaspoon garlic powder
ยฝ teaspoon onion powder
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons butter
