This video was inspired by two comments on the previous video, where I used an apparently flawed interpretation of a technique from Fiore de’i Liberi’s manuscript as an example.
It’s always good to receive constructive criticism and have an open discourse about different points of view. I also use the opportunity for a little rant about situations where people take their personal preference too far and shame others for theirs. Including calling any Westerner with an interest in Japanese swordsmanship a “weeb”, or arrogantly dismissing certain historical martial arts systems altogether.
