Italian Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake:
2 cups flour
1 cup ricotta cheese
3/4 cup plus 1 tbps dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter melted
3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
powdered sugar for dusting
recipes calls for melted chocolate for drizzling (I opted just for powdered sugar)
