RECIPE OF CHAPLI KABAB :
INGREDIENTS :
Beef Keema (½ kg)
Onion (3 chopped)
Tomatoes (3 small chopped)
Green chilies (5 chopped)
Red Chilli flakes (1 tb spoon)
Salt (1 tb spoon)
All spice powder (1 tsp)
coriander Powder (1 tb spoon)
Ginger Garlic Paste (2 tb spoon)
Egg 2
Corn Flour (1 cup)
Chapli Kabab Masala (2 tb spoon )
METHOD :
In a bowl ½ kg mince, Ginger garlic paste (2 tb spoon), Red Chilli flakes (1 tb spoon), Salt (1 tb spoon), All spice powder (1 tsp), Crushed coriander seeds (1 tb spoon), , Onion (3 chopped), , Tomatoes (3 small chopped), Green chilies (5 chopped), 2 Egg , Corn Flour (½ cup), Egg (1)
Add all the ingredients to the mince. Mix very well, and leave to marinate for at least 1 Hour. Make flat patties with mince and fry on griddle/tawa/frying pan in little/Deep ghee/oil until cook from both sides. Fry Time will be 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve with Raita/Chatni/Salad
