Red Sauce Pasta is the highly preffered Italian dish in India. I have cooked it in a way so that it suits the Indian tastebuds as well as it can be easily prepared.

Ingredients :

Pasta – 150gm
Onion – 1 small size
Capsicum – 1 small size
Garlic – 1 tsp finely chopped
Oil – 1 tsp
Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
Oregano – 1 tsp
Cheese – for garnish
Basil – for garnish

For sauce :
Tomato – 4 medium size
Salt – to taste
Pepper – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
