Zest Italian Salad Dressing:
3/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Red or White Wine Vinegar
1 TBSP Italian Seasoning
OR
1 tsp basil
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp oregano
3/4 garlic power OR fresh minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp or more Honey
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan (Optional)
