Roman style pizza[Pizza al taglio (pizza by the slice)]-This typically comes in rectangular slices,one of the key differences in the ingredients for the dough compared to the Neapolitan style is the addition of oil.

Salsiccia E Friarielli/Sausage and Broccoli Rabe (Rapini)
Sausage is very flavourful and goes well with broccoli rabe. Great combination!
Bufala Affumicate e chiodini/Smoked buffalo mozzarella and Chiodini Mushrooms

Anchovy Pizza (Anchovies and mozzarella with tomato sauce)
Anchovies are full of savory, salty, umami flavor. Elegantly simple.
Zucca E Salsiccia/Pumpkin and Sausage
The sweetness of the pumpkin and the saltiness of the sausage made this combination very satisfying!

Buttery! An absolute favourite.
