Garlic Prawns Speghetti
The dish is made by lightly sauteeing sliced, minced, or pressed garlic in olive oil, with the addition of dried red chili, prawns and cherry tomatoes tossing with spaghetti. Finely chopped parsley can also be added as a garnish, along with grated parmesan or pecorino cheese, although according to some traditional recipes, cheese should not be added.
Ingredients:
Spagetti – 200gms
Prawns – 8 – 10 nos
Garlic – 4-5 nos
Olive oil – 2 tbs
Cherry tomatoes roughly chopped – 3-4 nos
Red chillies – 2 nos
Mixed italian herbs (oragano ) – 1/2tsp
Chicken Stock Cube ( optional) – 1 nos
Salt – according to taste
Spinach – A bunch of
Basil leaves –
Water – 1/4 cup
