I never heard of smothered Chicken! How did that happen? Some people cook it on the stove top, some in the oven. Of course this Visions skillet is going in the oven. And it’s Saturday so we’ve opened the wine 🙂 This is one of my favorite dishes! Man it was good!

I seasoned the chicken with Italian Seasoning, Salt, Pepper and Onion powder. That’s Sweet Hungarian Paprika I added to the Onions and Garlic. I forgot to season the gravy with salt and pepper (blamed on the wine). Gravy was Chicken Broth and heavy Cream added as needed.
