But what’s heroic viticulture?
As seen in this introduction video, we speak about heroic viticulture when a vineyard is located over the altitude of 500 meters over the sea level, on slopes 30% steep or more, located on terraces or on small islands.
To sum up, all vineyards located in special and hard-to-work locations can be labeled “heroic”.
