This recipe serves 4. You will need:
– 360g Paccheri Pasta (or penne pasta)
– 50g EVO Oil
– 3 or 4 Chopped fresh chillies
– 3 Garlic cloves
– 450g Peeled tomatoes
– Add Chopped parsley as a garnish and serve!
