Ingredients you’ll need:
Stuffed Chicken-
3 slices prosciutto
2.5 tablespoons (35g) olive oil
4-8 leaves fresh sage leaves
handful of Italian parsley
zest of 1/2 lemon
truffle if ya got it (phat grating)

Sous Vide chicken –
Sous Vide:
4 cloves garlic
1 shallot
Juice of 2 oranges
Juice of 3 lemons
Zest of 1 lime
Juice of 2 limes
1 tablespoon honey
3 tablespoons (45 ml) fish sauce
1/2 bunch mint
1/2 bunch cilantro
Splash of chinkiang vinegar
2 thai chilis rough chopped
3 tablespoons (45ml) olive oil
