Now that Covid is still here, my family and some some relatives would always gather for dinner, we also invited some of our friends. I made an Italian food which is lasagna…my kids favourite! I also made Baked Bangus with toppings, Bibingkang itlog insipred by our Province in the Philippines, that is Laguna and of course our all time favourite which is the middle eastern rice dish called Kabsa…before I forget I also made Igado dor viand…so good..so tender…it’s a mix of chicken liver and pork strips…
Weekend dinner always calls for gathering, a little chit chat, more laughter, hi’s and hello’s… My family migrated here in Canada more than a decade ago and we never fail to celebrate almost every 2nd week just to keep up what’s new and how everybody was doing…Life abroad is fun, exciting and a lot of keeping ups as everyone are so busy with work, studies and extra curricular activities..
