Green bell pepper – 1
Red bell pepper – 1
Yellow bell pepper – 1
Zucchini – 1/2
For sauce
Olive oil – 4 or 5 Tbsps
Chopped garlic – 20 to 25 pods
Chopped onions – 4 (medium)
Tomato puree – 6 tomatoes
Salt – 1 tsp
Chilli flakes – 2 Tbsp
Dried oregano – 1 Tbsp
Cooked chicken
Boiled pasta
Cooked veggies
Chopped parsley
Chopped Basil
Grated cheese
