A Italian Summer Tomato Salad. This is THE salad I remember from my childhood. My mom used to send me to collect a few basil leaves from the garden while she cut up the tomatoes. It’s how I learned to like to tomatoes ( which I love) and how my kids learned to like tomatoes. Eat it all summer long, whenever I can get homegrown tomatoes. So easy to make and so good.
