Ingredients:
Grated cheese
Gram flour -1 cup
Water – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Chilli powder according to taste
Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
Pizza Pasta sauce
Chilli flakes
Oregano
Grated Garlic:- 3-4 pieces
Finely chopped capsicum
Finely chopped onion
Chopped Green chillies
Oil to fry
Bread cut off into halves
Method:-
Take the gram flour (besan) into a bowl and add all the dry ingredients onion, capsicum,garlic chilli flakes,oregano into it and mix it well. Now add salt to taste,chilli powder and turmeric powder in the mixture. Pour water in little amount into the mixture and mix it well avoiding the lumps.Make a batter of pouring consistency out of it.
On the other hand take a half bread slice and spread the grated cheese onto it and on the other slice spread the pizza sauce and top them on one another and then dip them in the batter.Along with take the oil in the kdhayi and heat it up put the dipped slices into the oil and fry them all at medium flame.
And it’s done…Enjoy it hot
