10 Gm Garlic
5 Gm Ginger
Pepper Powder – 1/2 TeaSpoon
Turmeric powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
Chilli powder – 1/2 TeaSpoon
Garam Masala – 1/2 TeaSpoon
Coriander powder – 1 TeaSpoon
Cumin seeds powder – 1/2 TeaSpoon
மிளகு (Pepper) 1/2 TeaSpoon / சோம்பு (Soambu) 1/2 TeaSpoon / சீரகம் (Seeragam) 1/2 TeaSpoon – less or half grinded like abrasive
200 Gms Chicken cleaned and then washed with turmeric powder and then boiled for 10 minutes
