This week we went to our favourite Barolo winery, Erbaluna in the commune of La Morra.
Erbaluna is a biological (organic) wine maker with their own vineyards and were one of the first in the Barolo area to stop using chemicals.
As well as three types of Barolo’s they produce several other wines, two Barbera’s, a Nebbiolo and a Dolcetto as well as brandy and Barolo Chinato.
We are sorry that you can only watch us tasting and our comments and can’t sample the wines with us; all the more reason to come to Piemonte.
