The food industry is one of the main contributors to worldwide waste. Students decided to
interview a starred restaurant, fast food chains and people working in Mercato Trionfale in Rome to
understand how and if they deal with sustainability and food waste to ensure a cleaner future and keep the multicultural nature of the dishes.
