Unlike in the United States, where mint is widely associated with sweets, in Italian cooking, mint is used for a variety of savory dishes. In this class, we showcase two of our favorite mint dishes – an appetizer and a main dish bread salad. And, as always, we pair each dish with an Italian wine (or two)!
