Here is a simple homemade recipe for making delicious lasagna which would definitely give your party an Italian feel 😉.
Lasagna Recipe (Serves 10):
Ingredients:
1. Peas 1/2 cup
2. Jalapenos 2
3. Red bell pepper 1
4. Sliced Onions 1/2
5. Chopped Onions 1/2
6. Chicken tikka & Tandori Chicken
7. Pizza Sauce 1.25 Ltr
8. Cheddar cheese and Mozzarella cheese
9. Ketchup and sriracha
10. Pasta or Lasagna Sheets 1.50 KG
11. Boneless Chicken 1KG
Process:
Step 1: Boil the pasta
Add 3-4 tsp of salt in boiling water
Add 3 tbsp of oil – pasta won’t stick to each other
Add pasta and stir every 2-3 mins until 80% cooked
Step 2: Prepare Chicken for Lasagna
Add oil
Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown
Add Chicken
Cover the lid for 2 mins
Add salt
Red chili Powder
Mix well
Add tikka/tandoori Masala
Burn all water and add rest of the tikka/tandoori masala – Mix Well – Add peas
Add oregano/ Chilli flakes (Optional)
Add 3-4 big spoon of Pasta sauce
Add 3 tablespoon of ketchup and sriracha sauce and let it cook.
Step 3: Pasta Marination
Add oil
Add remainder of pasta sauce (let it cook for 2 mins)
Add pasta (Softly Mix pasta)
Step 4: Let’s put it all together
Add a few tablespoons of pasta sauce at the base
Add the first layer of marinated pasta
Add chicken
Add sliced vegetables (Jalapenos, Onions, green pepper and Red Bell pepper)-
Add a thin layer of cheese
Add the second layer of marinated pasta – add some sauce
Add all vegetables, chicken and extra cheese
Step 5: Cover the tray and bake it for 30 mins at 350 degree
Step 6: Remove the cover and broil for 10 mins at low temperature
Let it cool down for 15-20 mins. Ready to serve!!
