Italian Style Lasagna with French Bechamel Sauce
1. Preparing Beef Mix
Ingredients:
1 Chopped onion
1 Chopped capsicum
Minced beef 400-gram
Red chili 1 tsp
Coriander 1 tsp
Garam masala [hot spices] 1 tsp
Curry powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
1 tomato,4 cloves garlic and 2 green chilies
Boiled pasta 700 grams
โ€ข Heat a pan and add 3-4 tbsp oil.
โ€ข Now add the onion and sizzle for a few minutes.
โ€ข Add the minced beef and then the capsicum.
โ€ข Blend 1 tomato, 4 cloves garlic and 2 green chilies into a paste.
โ€ข Now add all the mentioned spices.
โ€ข Add the prepared paste and sautรฉ for approximately 5 minutes or until beef is cooked.
2. Preparing Bechamel Sauce
Ingredients:
Flour ยฝ cup
Milk 2 cups
Milk Powder 1 cup
Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
โ€ข Pour the milk.
โ€ข Add the flour.
โ€ข Add the milk powder and whisk well.
โ€ข If lumps are formed, go for a few more tablespoons of milk.
โ€ข Transfer this sauce to a blender and blend to get a smooth texture.

3. Assembling and Baking
โ€ข Oil an oven-safe dish and add a layer of boiled pasta.
โ€ข Add the beef mix and cover it with a layer of bechamel sauce.
โ€ข Repeat as many layers as you want [at least 2] in the above-mentioned pattern.
โ€ข Dress it with some mozzarella cheese.
โ€ข Pre-heat an oven.
โ€ข Slide this dish into it at a temperature of 180 degree Celsius.
โ€ข Bake for at least 35-40 minutes.

4. Serving:
