Love Risotto? Always wanted to make one at home? In this video, I have made it reay easy way to make Risotto from comfort of your home.
This variation of Risotto is with Shiitake Mushrooms. You can use any mushrooms to make your Risotto. Now make 100% Vegetarian and Vegan Risotto.
This Italian Food is absolutely filling, delicious and loaded with flavours. Make your own variations with different ingredients and it will still turn out beautiful.

In the video, I have used dried Thyme, Fresh Oregano and Rosemary to make a stock.

2 Onions
2 Carrots
1 Celery
4-5 Cloves Garlic
1 Bayleaf
Handful of Fresh Herbs (optional)
2 TBSP Olive Oil
1.5 Litres Water
Salt as per your taste
Method:
1. Bring water to boil and add salt.
2. Cut veggies and herbs in chunks.
3. In another pan, add Olive oil, garlic, bayleaf and veggies along with fresh herbs and sautee.
4.Once sauteed, put them in water.
5.Let it simmer for 20 to 30 minutes on medium high heat.
