2-3 cups fresh shredded Mozzarella
1 8oz Pepper jack cheese block
1 package of Hard Salami
1 package of Prosciutto
1 package of Pepperoni
Cooked on 375 degrees for 25-30 mins
The top is brushed with butter and parsley!
