In this video, we like to show you how to handle canned tomatoes, from the very best kind to the not so good ones that sometimes are the only ones available to you.

Traditional Italian tomato is quite different from its distant cousin Italian-American marinara sauce, the flavors are very subtle yet marked making it much more difficult to master.

Recipe1 (2 Servings)

250g 8.8oz Canned Tomatoes
200g 7oz of Pasta
30-40g 1-1.4oz of Extravirgin Olive Oil

1 clove of garlic
Few basil stems and leaves
1 Dried Mild Chilli (optional)
White Pepper to taste (optional)
High-Quality Sea Salt to taste

1 Medium Sized Onion

1 little branch of rosemary or any other Mediterranean herb of your liking
