-One whole, chilled cantaloup melon
-Prosciutto
-Tomatoes
-Fresh Basil
-Fresh mozzarella
-Salt
-Olive oil
-Balsamic vinegar
PRIMO: LAGANE E CECI (Serves 4)
-300g Flour
-1 cup of water with 2 generous pinches of salt
-Ingredients For Ceci
-1kg of cooked chickpeas
-200g of tomato pulp (crushed tomatoes)
-Fresh Parsley
-Peperocino (red chilli pepper)
