Pasta is one of the staple foods for Italians. Contrary to its American version it is a healthy option for you if cooked in authentic style. In this video, I am cooking Arrabbiata and Aglio Olio. Do enjoy the recipe!

Ingredients as follows-
100 gms Spaghetti (you can use your choice of pasta for arrabbiata)
4 Medium Ripe Tomatoes
2-3 Red chilli peppers (use chilli flakes if not available)
4-5 Basil Leaves (if fresh not available use dried)
2-3 Cloves of Garlic
1 tbsp Oregano
Parmesan Cheese (garnish)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (preferably)
Salt

For aglio olio,
2-3 additional garlic cloves
1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
1 tbsp Oregano
1 tbsp Chilli Flakes
