Join Patrick Alexander for a brief exploration of the joys and pleasures of drinking wine. Patrick raised his family in the Bordeaux wine country of SW France, the Piedmont wine country of NW Italy and the wine country of northern California before moving to Florida. While working with Marcy Ullom at the University of Miami, he developed a popular wine appreciation program which was offered exclusively in the faculty lounge. For the past 10 years, he has been offering a 3-week wine appreciation program at Books & Books and the Coral Gables Museum. Patrick’s many published works include “The Booklover’s Guide to Wine” which was featured at the 2017 Miami Book Fair.
