PASTA POMODORO e BASILICO
Portion: 1 pax | Level: EASY

INGREDIENTS:
– tomato (1pcs)
– basil leaves
– pasta (100gr)
– garlic (1 medium clove)
– parmesan (1tbs)
– salt (10gr for every 1L pasta water and a pinch if you need for the sauce)
– EVO (extra virgin olive oil)

HOW TO COOK:
1. Boil the pasta water.
2. Once the water boiling, add the salt.
3. Put the pasta inside and let it’s cooked until it’s al dente.
4. Cut the tomato into cubes.
5. Pick the basil leaves from the stalk and chop.
6. Slice the garlic if you like it, if not, see the tips below.
7. Pour the oil on the pan.
8. Put the garlic inside the oil and let it sizzle for a moment.
9. Pour the tomato cubes and chopped basil leaves on the pan.
10. Sauté until it’s mixed.
11. Turn off the heat until your pasta is ready.
12. Once your pasta is ready, turn on the fire of the sauce pan.
13. Put the pasta inside the hot sauce.
14. Add a little bit of the pasta cooking water and sauté again until everything is mixed well.
15. Serve and decorate as you wish.
16. Put some fresh chopped basil and sprinkle some parmesan on top.

TIPS:

If you don’t like to eat garlic, you can smash the garlic with the skin and put it in hot oil for a moment just to leave the taste on the oil and put it away.
